Mass Shootings Everyday This Week

We have a problem. We can label it as a gun problem or a problem of the gun-owner. But we have a problem and we need to face it. Our youth are being killed. Minorities are being killed. We need to come up with a solution that allows a majority of the tent to be satisfied. NRA lobbyists will never allow legislation that reduces gun ownership. A solution that was brought up to me a while ago was to increase the price and taxes on ammunition. That wouldn't directly effect gun sales but would decrease the amount of readily available ammunition. This, although, brings a slew of other issues including classism, hoarding, etc. What are your thoughts on resolving this issue.?
Condolences and prayers to the family of those who were killed at the FedEx facility in Indianapolis, Indiana:
Samaria Blackwell, 19; Karli Smith, 19; Matthew R. Alexander, 32; Amarjit Sekhon, 48; Jasvinder Kaur, 50; Amarjeet Johal, 66; Jaswinder Singh, 68; and John Weisert, 74.
